Fire Burns on Water

Fire burns on water

my spark of life in faith

eternally a part of Creator

nary without scathe

Belief outweighs dubiety

an innate sense connected

Armed with love and with truth

evils doth protested

Strength defeats deceptive lies

for I have seen too much

Relearning ways in the light of day

of devil whisperings and such

Love above myself returns

a million times unfold

Echoes back to me from heaven

at least that’s what I’m told

A life well lived is its own reward

taken one step at a time

Breathing in and breathing out

an essential paradigm
