Kabal vs. Kelly Christian Brown – the story which is going to change history forever !

Part one – corruption at highest level

This story is what you may find very interesting and an important historical moment of the “fall kabal” process. It is a story of injustice and corruption at the highest levels of paid public servants in the State of Utah.

Kelly Christian Brown’s story is an example of the extreme corruption, when state officials and the “Me too Movement” intervened again to destroy the natural principles of society's functioning, based on lies and manipulation seeking to profit from and destroy the lives of others.

While these cases are unique, they all have some common DNA. Someone with a certain amount of power and holding a public position is using and abusing it to benefit themselves and others. Regardless of the location or political affiliation, it seems that all types of American officials including the Utah court systems are susceptible to malfeasance. Unless you were a truth finder, you would never think to look at statewide corruption throughout its judicial and prison systems.

To determine just how corrupt it has become, this beginning illustrates a few facts.

According to the most recent CPI report, the United States ranked 23rd out of 180 countries examined. While the U.S. has consistently ranked far better in comparison to most parts of the world, the CPI indicates that since 2015, corruption has been steadily increasing across the country.

How many of you would have suspected that Utah, where our story takes place, is listed as the 2nd most corrupt state, only taking a back seat to Vermont being most corrupt state in the Union?

The main subject of this case is false allegations of abuse. It is represented as attempted object rape, forcible sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of a minor and dealing in harmful material to a minor by an adult that targeted another innocent man.

The basis for public legitimacy of the act was provided by the “ Me Too Movement”, which also suffered major public opinion losses due to the recent Virginia trial of Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heart.

In general , according to many statistics, false allegations are primarily lobbed against men. Over the past several years, when it comes to false allegations, the consequences can be disastrous for the accused. Unfortunately, very common occurrences with cases involving abuse is often unnecessary or false.

Since court orders are done on an emergency, ex-parte basis, the defendant does not get any opportunity to explain their side of the case or defend himself before the court order is issued, which in reality means without even knowing the charges have been filed in the first place. This situation then leads to a number of consequences for weeks, months and in some cases even years before you have/get a chance to stand before the judge at a formal hearing.
